All our staff undergo induction training and other specialized training to enable them to build on existing skills and knowledge of working with different service user groups. The majority of our courses are delivered online and we also facilitate face to face training. This means that we can be absolutely certain that all our temporary workers are completely ready for any assignment before we place them.
